Santa Obama Arrives Early

Let us all give thanks that the most beneficent one, Santa Obama, has arrived at last, delivering crap sandwiches and lumps of coal to all the good little boys and girls across the fruited plain, even though all those kids desperately pleaded that they were just fine with the toys they had, really didn't want those lumps of coal, and they detest being forced to eat another crap sandwich.

Leave it to our media superiors to make it as if this is something people wanted, and only the great Santa Obama could deliver it.

Thanks, Santa.
President Obama said Saturday the nation is "on the cusp of making health care reform a reality," saving both money and lives.

His comments came after a conservative Nebraska senator jumped on the health care bill bandwagon, giving Democrats the 60 votes they need to stop Republicans from blocking the sweeping reform.

"It now appears the American people will have the vote they deserve on genuine reform that offers security to those who have health insurance and affordable options for those who do not," Obama said in a brief address Saturday afternoon.

Sen. Ben Nelson agreed to back the measure based on new resolutions that would prevent federal money from being used to fund abortions.
Sure, as if that'll stick.

Nelson will be so hugely unpopular in Nebraska it's doubtful he'll even run again in 2012. A shame the man who sold his soul for his vote isn't up next year. May Grinch Obama suffer the same fate.
